Do you offer a free quotation?


We do offer a free quotation and visit your home however we always ask for you to provide rough measurements first before coming to your home.




Do you do weekend appointments?


We offer both measuring and fitting on a Saturday but not Sunday. We do not offer exact times on a Saturday due to high demand but we will give you a time window of when we will arrive.




Can I see any fabrics online ?


By clicking on the button on the bottom of each type of blind you will be able to view our entire range of fabrics and colours for all types of blinds.




Can i use my own material for my blind?


We will gladly make any roman blind and curtain's using your own fabric but we are not able to make roller blinds from a customers own material. We always recommend purchasing your fabric as we will tell you how much you will need to order.




Are your blinds child safe?


All our blinds are child safe and comply with BS EN 13120 legislation.




Is my blind broken if the child safety device comes apart?


No, alot of child safety devices are designed to break away if they are ever needed to and are easily clipped back together




Do I have to pay in full on order?


Depending on the order deposit can vary but we take a deposit on order placement.




Can i cancel an appointment?

How long will a quotation take?


Depending on the type and number of windows you require a quote onsite can take 30-45 minutes in rare occasions longer.




How long will i have to wait for my blinds to be fitted?


Depending on the type and size of order for a roller and vertical blind it typically takes 10 days from order, where as wood blinds and shutters takes 2- 3 weeks. Curtains and romans also take around 2-3 weeks.




How long will it take to fit?


Depending on size of the order and type of blind we typical say it takes 1hour to fit as a rough guide line it can take less or longer our fitter will discuss beforehand the process and the length.

Payments Accepted

We accept card and cash but not cheque or American Express you can alternatively BACS us or use other methods like Apple pay. We also take card payments over the phone.

Cancellation Policy

We advise that if you need to cancel an appointment with us for measuring or fitting to inform us as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours before the appointment but we prefer 48 hours allowing us to fill the space adequately in time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

There is a 1-year warranty on all blinds supplied if any blinds are broken or damaged in that period we will come out and fix them past that period there will be a charge.

Our Company

After some years in a smaller premises in Warwick Town (New Street) which we outgrew, we have moved to a new location and bigger premises on Smith Street in Warwick, although at first glance it might not seem it from the outside. We are proud to supply the local and surrounding areas.
